Attorney Lindsey C. Gergely, was previously an Assistant State Attorney in the Domestic Violence Specialty Unit of Orange County. She earned the title Champion of Justice from her supervisors for her work. She also has experience as a prosecutor of motor vehicle law violations, such as drunk driving and driving without a license. In addition to her time in the courtroom, Attorney Gergely has completed the Driving under the Influence trial advocacy school, the Advance Driving under the Influence seminar, and a seminar on Domestic Violence prosecution.
She obtained her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2006, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in the same year. While at Florida State University, Ms. Gergely was an active member of the Women's Law Symposium and the Student Bar Association. Lindsey was also the winner of the Jessup International Moot Court Intramural competition.She now puts that experience to work for people who need justice. Her experience as a prosecutor has prepared her to prosecute civil cases and her experience in court in trial in front of Orlando citizens has given her insight on how to prosecute wrongdoers who have committed negligence against her clients.
She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association. In her spare time, Attorney Gergely enjoys running; she recently completed the Disney Full Marathon and has her sights set on many other races in the future. Her primary area of practice is criminal litigation.

Attorney Gary Schwartz has been an attorney in the State of Florida for over ten years. He has worked as both an Assistant State Attorney and an Assistant Public Defender. He has worked closely with law enforcement officers, training them on the proper handling of scientific evidence in cases involving blood draws as well as working with them on the preparation of search and arrest warrants. His experience as a prosecutor assists him in anticipating the way the State puts a case together against a defendant, as well as identifying problems in the State's cases. As an Assistant Public Defender, Attorney Schwartz's responsibilities in circuit court included battling charges of sexual misconduct, drug trafficking, robberies and firearms cases. Practicing in the Public Defender's office enabled Mr. Schwartz the opportunity to do what he went to law school for; to defend the rights of a private citizen against the power of the government, which all too often oversteps its rightful authority. Mr. Schwartz is passionate about pursuing those who have wrongfully injured his client. He is dedicated to bringing his experience as a prosecutor and a defense attorney to better, intelligent and strategic analysis of a civil case and his are of practice is trial and litigation. Having extensive trial experience, both as a prosecutor and public defender, has now prepared him to protect the rights of those who have been injured as the result of the negligence of others. Attorney Schwartz’s law degree is from the Brooklyn Law School. He was awarded two fellowships for his service in the public interest, specifically relating to his work in the fields of Native American Rights and Political Asylum for Refugees. He was also awarded two prizes for achieving the top grade in his Constitutional Law class.

Attorney William Umansky has over 17 years of experience to offer any injured client. His insight into the workings of how to prepare a case as his career included work as an assistant state attorney in Florida and Orlando city prosecutor. When he was working for the government he was a police academy instructor, adjunct professor at Florida Metropolitan University, legislative assistant to a United States Senator and a legal advisor to a police department. Mr. Umansky’s entire career has been centered on the legal process as a prosecutor, defender of those who choose illegal behavior and now pursuing those who have wrongfully injured his clients.
During his career, William Umansky remained involved in his community as an active part of the Florida legal system. He’s a Teen Court judge, raises money for the same organization, launched the Orange County Bar Association, is a former co-chair of the Orange County Bar Criminal Law Committee, served as a member of the Orange County Bar Executive Committee, Board of Trustee for the Legal Aid Society, member of the Florida Justice Association and the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association.
Attorney Umansky enjoys prosecuting civil cases and will tirelessly work to protect the rights of his clients injured through no fault of their own. He has experienced numerous back and neck issues and understands firsthand the pain that many of his clients endure. Attorney Umansky graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida and obtained his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. During law school, Mr. Umansky was a member of the University of Florida Trial Team and received a Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Contribution to the University of Florida Law School. He also earned an award for achieving the top grade for his work in Negotiations and Dispute Settlement. Mr. Umansky also attended the Tulane Institute of European Legal Studies.
Attorney Umansky is admitted to practice in the Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida.
His areas of practice include: DUI /DWI (drunk driving), criminal law, personal injury-plaintiff, and automobile accidents.
Attorney Zahra Umansky was a Assistant Public Defender in the 18th judicial circuit in Brevard and Seminole Counties, Florida. After Ms. Umansky left the Public Defender's office, she was appointed by the Honorable Glenda Hood, Mayor of Orlando, as the City Prosecutor for the City of Orlando, Florida.
Attorney Umansky served as the prosecutor before the City's Nuisance Abatement Board. She was a legal advisor to the Orlando Police Department, training police in search and seizure law, trespass, drugs, domestic violence, etc.
As a former prosecutor, legal advisor and public defender, Attorney Zahra Umansky can see and evaluate a car accident case from both sides of the law. As a former police legal advisor she understands how the police investigate and secure their evidence and as a former prosecutor understands how to put together a case against those who have injured her clients. As a former public defender she understands how insurance companies will use defense and delay tactics to benefit their insured’s. Her extensive trial experience in front juries in Central Florida have made her resolute on prosecuting those now who wrongfully injured her clients. She is dedicated to protecting the rights of her clients and approaches each case with aggressive and diligent representation at the same time she treats each client with the dignity and respect they deserve as human beings.
Zahra Umansky obtained her degree from Florida State University College of Law. She is a member of the Florida State Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and the Central Florida Women’s Lawyers Association.
